Cindy is very professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She helped us through the contract phase, kept us informed of meetings and changes. Always showed concern about keeping us informed all through the construction phase, and closing. She did an outstanding job.

Cindy Dufrene provided the best service we have ever had in a real estate agent. She always took the time required to listen and understand what we were looking for in a house. Once she understands what your likes are in a house, there's no wasted time looking at homes that did not meet our requirements and desires. The following are just a few of the qualities she has: - Knows the market/area - Resourceful (found us temporary housing at fair cost) - Well connected (save time by know where and who to solve issues) - Remembers the little things (helps once ready to buy and all the things to get set up) Sale or buying, I would use Cindy again.

We have nothing but great things to say about Cindy Dufrene. We originally found the new construction neighborhood that Cindy was in charge of through Zillow, and we were in contact with her starting in October 2020. She was always so nice, responded in a timely manner, and was always super helpful with our questions. We sometimes felt like we were bothering her with too many questions but she was always so helpful and often went out of her way to help us or get questions answered. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent, and we can't say thank you enough!

Cindy was absolutely the best from the moment we met her, through the initial lot choice process, throughout the total building experience!! She advocated for us during any changes or concerns we had and advocated well for Jeff Benton Homes when we didn't understand any of the processes or asked for something that was not a provided option/service.
