Once she understands what your likes are in a house, there's no wasted time looking at homes that did not meet our requirements and desires. The following are just a few of the qualities she has: - Knows the market/area - Resourceful (found us temporary housing at fair cost) - Well connected (save time by know where and who to solve issues) - Remembers the little things (helps once ready to buy and all the things to get set up) Sale or buying, I would use Cindy again.
